Commis Chef

2 years minimum experience required for a candidate who takes pride in their work, who would also have the opportunity to express their talents and presentation skills.

Housekeeper

Conscientious employee required who is thorough and pays attention to detail. Candidates will also be required to have some waiting / bar experience to make up hours when room occupancy fluctuates.

KP

Full time KP required for busy kitchen. A team player who wishes to use this job to gain an inside knowledge to the workings of a kitchen who may also see the role as a stepping stone to becoming a commis chef.

Bar / Waiting Staff

Opportunities in both bar / restaurant. Preferable candidates would have both skills so that they could be deployed in either area. Experience essential.
