Our tariffs are seasonal and are inclusive of bed & breakfast and V.A.T.

Summer Season

The Summer Season rate covers the period 1st April - 31st October inclusive.

The Winter Season rate covers the period 1st November - 20th December inclusive and 7th January - 31st March 2008 inclusive.

Tariff Application

Where your stay is across two seasons tariffs, the tariff applied is when the reservation commences and not when it finishes. The exception to this is the Christmas / New Year period where any stay which includes a date within this period will attract the Christmas / New Year rate.

Children

A travel cot is available for children under the age of two FREE OF CHARGE.
Children under five FREE OF CHARGE
Children over five sharing a room with parents half price.

Pets

Well behaved K9 friends are welcome (accompanied by their owners) at a surcharge dependant upon the length of stay. Please advise at the time of booking that you intend to bring a pet with you.

Bookings cancellation policy:

When you book we will ask you for a credit card / debit card number and expiry date to secure the booking. We will only use this card in the event of a late cancellation.

Policy for a booking of 1-2 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) two days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 3-5 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 7 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 7 days before you are due to stay.

Policy for a booking of 6 rooms - The hotel will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 21 days before your arrival. This is defined as being before 4pm (the hotels check-in time) 21 days before you are due to stay.

What if you have to cancel?

In the event you cancel your booking inside the cancellation period we will attempt to fill your room. If your room cannot be filled, the hotel will debit your card with the cost of your stay less any nights your room has been filled.
